Are we United in Truth?

I understand there are basics we all have to unite in But God desires more and I believe we can be united in the truth. That is true unity!

Unfortunately, many assume because one believes you should obey the whole law equates to salvation by works. One does not receive salvation by obeying the law! Works can never get you written in the Lambs book of life. We are saved by grace through faith, not of works lest anyone should boast.

God did not do away with the law. What is the Law? Simply said Gods instructions. The fruit of our salvation is obedience to the word! Who was and is the word? Yeshua.

James 2:18 (NKJV)
But someone will say, "You have faith, and I have works." Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.

If you are not united in Yeshua, you are not united with the body. Yeshua is the Head of the body. He is the truth, and the truth sets you free. It is imperative that we not only believe in the tri-unity of God but understand who Yeshua is.

Ephesians 4:13 (NKJV)
Eph 4:13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;

To a perfect man, to the measure of the Stature of the fullness of Christ.

Eph 2 also talks about Unity as well studying that chapter thoroughly through the eyes of the Spirit. Will give us great revelation as a Gentile (meaning Ethnos or Goyim Nations other than Israel) church.

Ephesians 2:10-16 (NKJV)
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
11.
Therefore, remember that you, once Gentiles in the flesh--who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the Circumcision made in the flesh by hands--
12. that at that time you were without Christ being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.
13. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
14. For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation,
15. having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace,
16. and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity.

en·mi·ty
noun ˈen-mə-tē
: a very deep unfriendly feeling

"Jesus abolish that ill feeling toward the Law and the commandments."

By Jesus death and Resurrection he put to death the wrong feeling that gentiles (meaning ethnos or goyim Nations) had with His laws and ordinances

Eph 2:12
"that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world."

Here he equates being without Christ as being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel

"Being strangers from the covenants of Promise" What are the covenants of promise? One of them is Deut 7-9.

So Jesus did not abolish the Law. Just The bad feeling that nations had about obeying God laws.

We must be in unity of the truth When it is all said and done this is the Unity Jesus came to bring unity with Him and when we are all in unity with Him we are truly in unity with each other.
