Arise, shine, for your light has come! The glory of Adonai has risen on you. For behold, darkness covers the earth, and deep darkness the peoples. But Adonai will arise upon you, and His glory will appear over you.

I was seeking God in 2021 asking God what our mindset should be, and I ran across a retired Navy Seal video about what kind of mindset you need to have to graduate Navy Seal Buds training especially getting through Hell Week.

“Hell Week” is designed to make one quit and weeds out the quitters and those who physically just can’t get through, people have died during hell week.

He said that to get through this training you must have a mindset of “All in All the Time” God told me that the body of Messiah has to be “All In All The Time” You just can’t be a weekend warrior in the body of Messiah anymore. He also told me He would bring the body of Messiah through a Spiritual Training Like Navy Seal training and that we would go through a Hell week.

In this Navy Seals Video, He said they went by the “Rule of Seven.” What is the rule of Seven? Your body can go seven times· Longer, Harder and Further.

I believe we can apply this rule of seven to our spiritual walk. We can go:

  • Spiritually, Seven times further, longer, and harder.

  • Physically, Seven times further, longer, and harder.

  • Emotionally, Seven times further, longer, and harder.

  • Mentally, Seven times further, longer, and harder.

This rule of seven is very biblical

Philippians 4:13 (NASB 95) 13 I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.

This reminded me of a vision I had in 2000. In this vision, I saw Jesus first at the Garden of Gethsemane. I seemed to be floating in the air watching HIM as sweat drops of blood. I could feel His emotions and all He wanted to do was the Father's will.

There was a flash, and I saw him getting the crown of thorns beaten on His head. He was beaten so bad he was not recognizable. Another flash came, and I saw HIM carrying the cross. He was weak and barely able to walk. At one point he could've died. He didn't quit because HE knew the cross was where He needed to be. He refused to give up HIS Spirit. He just kept going I could feel HIS heartache as the crowd mocked HIM.

Another flash and I see Him Hanging on the Cross! The weight of the world's sin was upon HIM. That weight was unbearable to me it was so heavy when He said, "LORD! LORD! Why have you forsaken me?" I believe God could not be near HIM because of sin. I didn’t feel anything physical until they pierced HIS side, and I felt that. Throughout this vision, I felt all His emotions and how He had to finish His Race to overcome. He knew they didn’t understand.

In this vision, Jesus had the mindset of being all in all the time, he proved the rule of seven is doable.

Hebrews 12:1–3 (NASB 95) 1 Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3 For consider Him who has endured such hostility by sinners against Himself, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

Adonai reminded me about that mindset recently. I was thinking it would be nice to go home. I can’t quit the race. God is not finished with me yet and I know I am not even close to the finish. I say all that because I understand wanting to stop fighting the good fight of faith! Sometimes the battle is long and hard. His grace is sufficient for us!

We are all here for such a time as this! We are here to be a light to the nations. Many are still in the valley of decision. So, what should be our mindset until Jesus comes?

“All IN, ALL THE TIME” No more weekend warrior Christians.

This is what Adonai is saying to the body of Messiah in 2024 until HE Returns.

Isaiah 60:1–2 (NASB 95)1 “Arise, shine; for your light has come, And the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.2 For behold, darkness will cover the earth And deep darkness the peoples; But the Lord will rise upon you And His glory will appear upon you.

“You can go seven times further, longer, and harder”

1 Corinthians 9:24–27 (NASB 95) 24 Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may win. 25 Everyone who competes in the games exercises self-control in all things. They then do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable. 26 Therefore I run in such a way, as not without aim; I box in such a way, as not beating the air; 27 but I discipline my body and make it my slave, so that, after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified.

BE “ALL IN ALL THE TIME!” Seek Adonai with all your heart seek his instructions daily and obey. Crucify your flesh.

Isaiah 50:7–8 (NASB 95) 7 For the Lord God helps Me, Therefore, I am not disgraced; Therefore, I have set My face like flint, And I know that I will not be ashamed. 8 He who vindicates Me is near; Who will contend with Me? Let us stand up to each other; Who has a case against Me? Let him draw near to Me.

Don’t quit the race, you are not finished.

Paul had the same mindset as Jesus “All IN ALL THE TIME”

Acts 20:22–24 (NASB 95) 22 And now, behold, bound by the Spirit, I am on my way to Jerusalem, not knowing what will happen to me there, 23 except that the Holy Spirit solemnly testifies to me in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions await me. 24 But I do not consider my life of any account as dear to myself, so that I may finish my course and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify solemnly of the gospel of the grace of God.

Yeshua Says to endure until the end!

Revelation 2:6–7 (NASB 95) 6 Yet this you do have, that you hate the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. 7 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, I will grant to eat of the tree of life which is in the Paradise of God.’

Revelation 2:11 (NASB 95) 11 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes will not be hurt by the second death.’

Revelation 2:17 (NASB 95) 17 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, to him I will give some of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, and a new name written on the stone which no one knows but he who receives it.’

Revelation 2:25–29 (NASB 95) 25 Nevertheless what you have, hold fast until I come. 26 He who overcomes, and he who keeps My deeds until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations; 27 and he shall rule them with a rod of iron, as the vessels of the potter are broken to pieces, as I also have received authority from My Father; 28 and I will give him the morning star. 29 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’

Be an overcomer and don’t be a quitter

Revelation 12:11 (NASB 95) 11 And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death.

Put on the whole armor of God!

Ephesians 6:10–18 (NASB 95) 10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. 14 Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints,

Remember you are here for such a time as this

Be “ALL IN ALL THE TIME” Remember the “Rule of 7”

“Hell Week” is coming! Finish the race to win!
