Arise, shine, for your light has come! The glory of Adonai has risen on you. For behold, darkness covers the earth, and deep darkness the peoples. But Adonai will arise upon you, and His glory will appear over you.

The Battle has just begun

There is a lot of excitement about the possibility of revival. We should praise Adonai! The enemy of our souls did not stop and immediately started putting out lies to bring confusion. Many are in the Valley of decision, and the lies and deception of the enemy have increased.

Persecution will increase in America. Christians always seem to let their guard down when the church has a victory. We must not lay down our swords and shields. There is still a battle for the souls of our nation and the world. The closer we get to the time of Messiah’s return the battle will remain intense. Do not relent in your prayers and war against the enemy's plans. Stay in the Word, putting on the whole armor of God, and not forgetting that our battle is not in the flesh, but a spiritual one.

John 15:18–21 (NASB 95) 18 “If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you. 19 If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you. 20 Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A slave is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you; if they kept My word, they will keep yours also. 21 But all these things they will do to you for My name’s sake, because they do not know the One who sent Me.

Ask the Father how you should pray if you are to fast and listen to his voice to lead you through the paths of righteousness. Ask for wisdom to speak and when not to speak. Pray for divine appointments. Be ready to answer when asked; you must know “The Word of God.” Be where God tells you to be, having faith that He is the Lord of Hosts and commander of the armies of God. God has given us power and authority. Trust God to use that authority with wisdom and discernment. Do not waver and be double-minded. Your greatest weapon is the blood of Messiah.

John 10:16 (NASB 95) 16 I have other sheep, which are not of this fold; I must bring them also, and they will hear My voice; and they will become one flock with one shepherd.

John 10:27–28 (NASB 95) 27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; 28 and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand.

Psalm 23:3 (NASB 95) 3 He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake.

James 1:5–8 (NASB 95)

5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him. 6 But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. 7 For that man ought not to expect that he will receive anything from the Lord, 8 being a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

Mark 13:10–13 (NASB 95)

10 The gospel must first be preached to all the nations. 11 When they arrest you and hand you over, do not worry beforehand about what you are to say, but say whatever is given you in that hour; for it is not you who speak, but it is the Holy Spirit. 12 Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child; and children will rise up against parents and have them put to death. 13 You will be hated by all because of My name, but the one who endures to the end, he will be saved.

Psalm 46:7 (NASB 95) 7 The Lord of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our stronghold.

Selah.

Zechariah 4:6 (NASB 95) 6 Then he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel saying, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of hosts.

Matthew 28:17–20 (NASB 95) 17 When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some were doubtful. 18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

Luke 10:18–20 (NASB 95) 18 And He said to them, “I was watching Satan fall from heaven like lightning. 19 Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you. 20 Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are recorded in heaven.”

Today, don’t put your Sword (the Word of God) down, nor lay your shield down. The enemy is roaring like a lion, seeing whom he will devour; his time is short. The DAY OF THE LORD is near! You were born for such a time as this.

Ephesians 6:10–18 (NASB 95) 10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. 14 Stand firm therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

18 With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints,
